We are committed to offering our customers the best service and satisfaction. If you want to return any unopened, unused and re saleable items you purchased within 30 days of receipt, we will refund the amount less the shipping charges incurred in the transaction. No Return are accepted after 30 days of receipt.

If the return is due to an error of ours, the shipping charges are free.  Once the return is received, the refund is issued within 15 days. If paid by credit card, the amount will be credited on the same card. If paid by check or money order, you will receive your refund by mail in 2-3 weeks.


You may cancel your order at no charge to you, if it has not been processed and shipped.  Call the Customer Care Department at 954-225-2139 or send us an email to find out if it has been processed and shipped. If you refuse delivery of an order, UPS will send it back to us and you will be responsible for the freight charges.

Address Correction

If you give us an incorrect delivery address and our carrier has to make an address correction or send the package back to us, all extra freight charges over and above the initial charges will be a cost to the client who gave us the wrong delivery address.  While the order is in transit and if a client calls the carrier and makes a change in the delivery address, the customer is responsible for extra freight charges incurred in the transaction.

Customs Duty on International Orders

We are not responsible for any custom duties charged on International Orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to find out if an item can be imported into their country. If an item is not allowed into a country by their customs agency and if the package is returned back to us, we will credit your account less the shipping charges.

We do charge a 15% restocking Fee on returns received within 30 days from the date of delivery. You are obligated to all freight charges for the transaction unless it was an error on our part.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Very seldom do we have a situation where the package is lost or damaged. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks after you have placed an order, please call us so we can track the order. If you received the package damaged, please call the carrier for inspection, they may want to come and pick up the package for evidence.  An investigation process by the carrier usually takes 10 days.

Returning your Product

Return must be sent to address provided below. Please make sure the items are protected and packaged the same way you received it. Please send your return package USPS Parcel Post, Insured or UPS so it can be tracked. We are not responsible for any returned package lost in transit.

Back Orders

If any item is in back order, you will see a notice by the item on the shopping cart. You may place a back order and it will be placed on a pending file. Once we receive the item(s) from the manufacturer, your order will be processed and shipped. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is in stock.

Discontinued Items

Every so often the manufacturer will decide to discontinue making an item, a notice to that effect will be placed by the product and we will be out of stock. We may still have a limited number of discontinued item still available until stock runs out. They may have a short expiration date. All discontinued items once sold, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Normally, all products offered on our shopping cart are available.
